Our downtown, non-for-profit client who has a compelling mission is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 6 + year of e-mail marketing experience to join their team on a contract to hire or direct hire basis.

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager:
? Is a strategic thinker, yet executional
? Will take the lead; no hand-holding
? Proven success in managing display advertising including targeting, paid Facebook/paid social, and bidding
? Experience in developing targeted campaigns based on data and analytics (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc)
? Experience in planning, implementing accurate A/B tests, and drawing unbiased conclusions
? Proactive, highly-organized self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
? Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
? Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
? Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills
? Impeccable customer service track record

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
? Supporting strategy development and lead execution of email and advertising, e.g. Adwords, display ads, paid facebook/paid social
? Monitor, strategize and execute search engine optimization strategy by leveraging keywords, adjusting content, creating and suggesting content, etc...
? Create A/B testing plan, lead implementation to optimize campaigns, and redesign creative
? Work closely with global team on pacing, analytics, and attribution tracking
? Document, analyze, report and answer questions monthly on digital marketing growth metrics and insights
? Make recommendations of strategies and operating plans for customer acquisition and conversion
