Our finance and insurance client is looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to join their B2B team on a contract to hire basis.

The Customer Experience Strategist will be responsible for:
- Building Journey Maps/ Experience mapping
- Constructing personas
- Performing customer research and synthesizing data into insights- workshops, ideation, interviews
- Analyzing existing customer experience performance
- Identifying opportunity spaces and providing strategic customer centric advise to B2B team

The ideal Customer Experience Strategist will have:
- 4+ years CX, UX, Marketing or Product Strategy background
- Experience with journey mapping
- Experience building customer personas
- Performed qualitative customer research studies- Bonus if you have quantitative experience as well
- Experience with needs assessments and service blueprints
