Our client is an independent creative agency focusing on contemporary brands, crafting authentic storytelling and experiences that push culture forward.

Reporting to the Group Account Director, this Account Director will lead complex programs and multiple
cross-discipline projects, working with both internal designers and external client teams.

This Account Director's Responsibilities include:
• Working collaboratively with the client and Creative Teams
• Leading complex programs and multiple cross-discipline projects, working with both Internal Designers and external client teams and vendors.
• Overall client account and project management.
• Providing leadership and operating as the primary client contact, actively driving strategic analytical planning initiatives, responsible for integrating all services across client accounts.
• Ongoing daily project management activities.
• Ensuring that projects meet scheduled milestones and address timelines’s issues as they arise
• Identifying impediments or challenges to project completion and working to resolve them through Team members.
• Synthesizing feedback/input from client and team and condensing into actionable next steps.
• Ensuring proactive communication between internal employees and the client.
• Analyzing emerging trends and opportunities, and proven methods of marketing effectiveness.
• Advising the in-house Creative Team on the client history and background, based on market research analysis and competitive trends to generate qualitative insights that inform and support recommendations for campaigns.
• Preparing campaign budget estimates and detailed timelines in Scope of Work for clients.
• Planning resource allocation for both the internal design team and external subcontractors.
• Preparing and negotiating vendor contracts in collaboration with Production, ensuring that are aligned with budget.
• Monitoring and managing client relationships.
• Maintaining awareness of all aspects of the client relationship throughout the project process, from on-boarding to conceptualizing, creating, completing, and delivering projects.
• Writing proposals and co-presenting the agency’s creative approach to prospective clients.
• Formulating a plan with in-house Creative Directors to extend business with established accounts and new clients.
• Day-to-day activities and guidance of their junior account team members and/or interns.

This Account Director must:
- Have 5+ years of account management experience
- Have agency experience
- Have project management experience
- Be profient in Word, Powerpoint, and Keynote
