Brand Designer - WFH during Covid-19

Our lifestyle/fashion brand client is looking for a Brand Designer to join their team!

This opportunity is remote during COVID-19 and will require onsite presence for any MANDATORY office meetings.

Brand Designer Responsibilities:
• Concept moodboards, mockups, storyboards for campaigns
• Create brand guidelines and templates
• Art Direct photoshoots
• Design visual creative and marketing assets for every medium and channel (a variety of creative briefs from marketing, social and product team)
• Assist team in ensuring our brand vision is consistent, globally, across all platforms.
• Manage and own a myriad of projects adhering to creative briefs, timelines and budgets
• Partner with all freelancers or agencies to ensure creative direction is consistent
• Ensure visual communication/consistency of brand standards are met
• Work with the brand creative team to build and approve production mechanicals
• Oversee quality control for all assets produced
• Meet with senior leadership to present and communicate brand strategies and solutions
• Organize and manage all creative assets for organization
• Collaborate with marketing team and other creative leaders to ensure that creative is consistent at all touch points and achieving brand communication goals

Brand Designer Requirements:
- 4-6 years working experience as a Designer with similar scope of responsibilities and accountabilities
- Experience performing or managing a range of creative positions, such as graphic designer, art director and copywriter
- Experienced and skilled at presenting information to upper management and leadership teams
- Proven ability to build and execute on concepts - Experience managing projects and assignments in collaboration with others
- Must be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with a wide range of other design, web and multimedia software and applications.
- Digital design software (Sketch, Figma or XD)
- Photography – understanding of basic photo skills and how to use the medium to communicate
- Art Direction – ability to produce a high-quality visual product with a team

Additionally:
- Experience in the apparel/fashion industry a plus
- Knowledge in Motion Design is a plus
