Multimedia Designer Instructional Designer - Mostly Remote, Some On-site

One of our clients is looking for a Multimedia Designer for a full time role. This role is primarily remote but would require some time in the company office to shoot various video projects when needed. *If you are not in Nashville, you would need to travel at your own expense.

Note: You will need to have some level of experience in Instructional Design to qualify.

- The Multimedia Designer will work with both the VP of Global Learning and a senior Instructional Designer to deliver elaborate enterprise and operational training programs.
- As noted, there will be some on-site video work, which is estimated to be about 10-15%

Multimedia Designer Responsibilities:
- Write, produce and shoot multimedia projects (*we know not everyone will have all of these, especially the writing, but write back with what you do have when you reply / apply)
- Coordinate timelines, schedules and proofread materials
- Design and create materials that support department needs
- Work closely with various teams to develop detailed learning sources and materials
- Help determine content development needs and solutions
- Design instructional graphics, user interface and finished product
- Provide exercises and activities that elevate the learning process

Multimedia Designer Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in multimedia design
- Experience and proficiency in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Storyline 360, Captivate, or a similar mix of relevant software
- Knowledge of ADDIE and/or SAM instructional design programs required
