Our large Milwaukee agency client is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist.

This Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist will be responsible for:
- Acting as a client's liason for all strategic campaign planning and working directly with the Account team to come up with the best B2B marketing plan for said client
- Establishing/building target audiences followed by conducting research to segment those audiences for campaigns
- Developing measurement strategy for campaigns— What are you looking to accomplish with this campaign? What KPI's should be measured? Once established, then leverage the company platform to track those KPI's to be reported to the client and make recommendations for improvements in future campaigns.
- Creating campaigns that involve the following teams: marketing automation/email, content, website, paid media, traditional media, SEO/SEM, direct marketing, and the overall MarComm channels. (You must have experience in approx. 80% of these items and willingness to learn the remaining channels)
- Bringing each of these teams together on strategy and planning of campaigns. You will be the primary strategist for this agency's client campaigns and bring those recommendations to each channel team for their expertise to finalize campaign strategy. This could be up to 30 colleagues at a time.
- Leads the development of communications for all TAG channels including paid media, SEM, direct mail, SMS, etc. (see below)

In this position, you will be successful if you're excited about data, analytics, KPI/reporting and metrics to strategize and optimize your marketing/communications campaigns.

Must have:
- 7++ years' agency experience!
- Marketing Communications/MarComm experience planning 1-3 year ongoing campaigns as opposed to small campaign projects
- Ability to work in an EXTREMELY fast paced environment
- Background at a large agency OR large corporate marketing department (1+ year strategy planning, not simply project by project strategies)
- Background in strategy of ALL channels including social media, direct marketing, SEO/SEM, paid search, email, traditional media, website builds, etc. (If not, all, willingness to learn the remaining channels.)

Nice to have experience:
- Measuring communications including sophisticated attribution modeling
- Ability to recommend/implement marketing CRM & marketing automation platforms
