The Digital Marketing Manager / Strategist duties:
- Develop and implement global digital marketing campaigns and tactics
- Drive integrated digital marketing programs that support key strategic initiatives, product launches, market development efforts
- Source and develop key technologies to build robust automation platform (apps, frms, CVENT, SFDC, Marketo, Symplur, etc.)
- Develop robust email marketing campaigns (nurture / drip)
- Track metrics and ROIs
- Optimize campaigns and digital strategies using data
- Explore new ways to engage with customers using social media, email marketing, app development, CRM etc.
- Create a digital roadmap, leveraging marketing infrastructure (Marketo, SFDC, Adobe Connect, CVENT, Skill Jar, YouTube, Education Apps, etc.)
- Provide technical expertise and consult on webinars and app tools
- Lead projects: manage vendor relations, internal IT process, training, execution and rollout
- Manage apps for Global business marketing, content updates, redesigns, and bug fixes
- Oversee execution of Corporate brand guidelines and updates

The Digital Marketing Manager / Strategist:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Comm, Journalism or related
- Proficiency in Marketo, SalesForce, Qualtrics,, SEO/SEM, PowerPoint, Excel preferred
- Basic HTML knowledge
- MA degree highly preferred
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, biotech business / products a plus
