Our real estate client is looking for an Office Manager to join their Portland team!

The Office Manager leads and supervises a team that supports 42 local commercial real estate brokers with daily administrative and graphic design needs for property marketing.

This Office Manager will:
- Manage and lead a team including recruitment, onboarding, supervision, scheduling, training, development, evaluation, and disciplinary action of a team of Marketing Assistants and Administrative Assistants
- Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to employees in order to achieve company and client results
- Manage graphics production and provide graphics support using InDesign templates to produce and assemble marketing presentations, proposals, flyers, e-mail flyers, newsletters, postcards, etc. ensuring brand standards are met
- Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to edit and enhance property photographs, floor plans, and other images
- Utilize various mapping and demographic applications to run reports and create custom maps, aerials, and presentations
- Oversee the reception and common areas to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image and customer service standards
- Process sign requests, manage billings including allocations and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy
- Partner with direct supervisor and Human Resources on employee concerns
- Partner with IT to provide onsite support and/or set up of computers, phones, and IT systems
- Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of office facilities
- Manage inventories ensuring office is stocked at appropriate levels
- Create and organize office events for team building and employee engagement

This Office Manager must:
- Have 5 + years of experience, 2 being in a supervisory or management role
- Be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Illustrator
- Be able to work onsite in Portland 5 days a week
- Have experience is a client facing or customer service role
