Our technology client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team!

This Paid Media Specialist will work closely with in-region marketers as well as advertising agency partners to develop and execute global paid media campaigns. This role is responsible for media management across search, social, programmatic, and publisher advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for advertising platforms and offerings.
- Oversee agency partners: day-to-day contact, attend status calls, drive progress on campaign audits/project plans, participate in QBRs, and hold accountable to KPIs.
- Plan and execute digital programs with third party vendors and publishers. Includes managing RFPs, ensuring setup best practices, collaborating with regional teams to define audiences, trafficking creative assets, managing pacing, and processing leads.
- Oversee advertising budgets, POs, and month-end actualizations.
- Create and deliver campaign and creative performance reporting to marketing stakeholders with varying levels of digital expertise.
- Champion testing to boost campaign performance: setups, audiences, keywords, creatives, landing pages, and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to identify experiments and improve processes.
- Keep up to date with latest advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.

This Paid Media Specialist must:
- Have 5+ years of B2B experience in media or digital campaign role
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
- Have a strong background in paid search setup, management, and best practices with a focus on driving demand for B2B organizations
BONUS: Google Data Studio and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud experience
