Rate Up to $30 to $40/hr DOE. Up to $80k salary. DOE.

Our client seeks a Video Production Manager full-time and onsite in Irvine. 40 hours per week, contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with executives + C Suites in a professional manner.

The Video Production Manager duties:
- Coordinating and producing all corporate video content
- Film, light, and edit content for customer stories, internal announcements, external promotional social media, product marketing, recruiting, corporate training, etc.
- Record and edit video + sound projects, capture/import media, insert static & motion graphics, titling, add music and voice over / sound effects
- Plan video shoots + maintain studio and assets
- Manage and archive project media, evaluate content usage analytics
- Create and leverage interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles in videos + audio format to strengthen emotional connection & engagement with corporate objectives

The Video Production Manager requirements:
- 4 year degree in Film + Video Production or combination of education + professional experience
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop
- Video editing + post production skills
- Audio experience using mixers, compression, EQ, Effects processors, audio, multi-track and waveform editing
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel + PowerPoint
- Strong project management, organization, planning, execution + managing multiple projects as a lead
- Must be able to take direction and feedback well
- Knowledge of video + stills equipment, studio/ field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, story boarding, photography
