Our Madison based insurance client is looking for a Director of Digital Media to join their team.

The Director of Digital Media will be responsible for:
- Managing, strategizing, planning, and executing Digital Marketing initiatives ie landing pages, paid search, paid social, paid display and video marketing
- Generating revenue through marketing initiatives
- Completion of opportunity/results analysis and presentation of results/plans
- Developing strategies to drive traffic and leads to website by leveraging customer research, market conditions and competitive insights
- Leading measurement and reporting, including profit and loss statements, budget process and ROI calculations

The ideal Director of Digital Media candidate will have 10+ years experience along with:
- Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies and budgets
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and cross-device strategy
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, attribution tracking and reporting
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Flashtalking)
