Our agency client in the city is looking for an Ad Ops Specialist to join their team full time!

The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day trafficking and management of digital media campaigns, working closely with media strategy, activation, and account services teams.

As an Ad Ops Specialist, you will produce basic reporting for data-driven insights to inform business decisions. The ability to clearly present insights to agency and client leadership is a MUST.

- Manage / traffic campaigns in ad serving tools and set up tags in DoubleClick (DCM)
- Maintain traffic sheet in Excel containing campaign deliverables (campaign flight details, technical specs, traffic information)
- Oversee media tracking / analytics implementation
- Improve data quality by collaborating with the digital buying, SEM and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are structured to produce optimal outputs
- QA ads to meet site specs and ad server requirements
- Troubleshoot ad serving and tag firing issues and resolve discrepancies
- Format and prepare monthly analytics reports in the form of tables, graphs, summaries and Powerpoint slides using data collected from DCM and 3rd party vendors
- Present data on monthly and quarterly calls to clients reviewing metrics and optimizations

- BA in marketing, advertising or communications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media
- Advanced data manipulation skills in MS Excel
- Experience with ad-hoc querying, reporting, and online analytic processing tools such as Tableau
- Working knowledge of DCM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with SEM and SEO
