In-house design team focused on consumer brands is seeking a Jr. Art Director (hands-on).

You will be working on advertising campaigns that include marketing collateral (print + digital), advertising assets such as banners and social media content, packaging collateral and more!

You must be well versed in both print and digital design!

Ideal candidate will bring an edgy aesthetic that lends well to action sports lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities:
- Design concepts for print and digital advertising, packaging, website, POP., branding, catalogues, print collateral, etc.
- Finalize art production, working through to final mechanicals on print pieces
- Contribute to design meetings which direct the brand’s progression
- Work closely with eCommerce team to help maintain a consistent brand presentation online
- Work directly with Creative Services Manager to execute projects across all product categories in the timely manner

Requirements:
- Around 3+ years of experience, either in-house, agency or design studio
- Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and other Microsoft office apps such as PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, able to take direction and execute as directed
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple duties at the same time

This is a direct hire, full-time position.
