Our agency client needs an Account Supervisor, Email Operations Lead to join their team for a full-time, direct hire role located primarily in Beaverton. This role will require you to be onsite once workplaces reopen.

In this exciting opportunity the Account Supervisor will be embedded onsite with the agency's large retail client, and will be responsible for managing email marketing strategy and campaign execution, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a team of 3 to 5 direct reports!

Top responsibilities:
- Partner closely with clients to set strategy and project goals, communicate updates, and problem solve
- Resource your team to manage complex email campaigns and trigger programs
- Work with client partners and the agency's internal teams to ensure email campaigns are produced on time and in line with scope
- Take email projects from concept, through to execution and final reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 5 direct reports, assigning projects, coaching on work, and ensuring they stay on track with projects
- Identify, suggest and implement areas of opportunity within production process

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Account Supervisor:
- BA and 5+ years of account management or email production experience, preferably in a retail/commerce environment
- Understanding of / experience with email marketing, ESPs and email marketing technology
- Ability to proactively drive projects and deliverables
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Experience managing client relationships
