About Our Client:
Our client is an education and technology company based in Boston.

About the Position:
They are currently seeking a Director of Marketing Automation to join their team. You will be responsible for creating automated demand generation programs that drive engagement and achieve business goals. This role will report to the SVP of Demand Generation and will work with colleagues from demand creation (e.g., web, social, paid media teams) and content and events teams to design, build, QA, execute, maintain, and report on automated marketing programs. This role will have 4 direct reports.

Required Skills:
· 7 years of experience of direct marketing, specifically via email marketing automation, web, or digital channels. Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct reports.

· Advanced knowledge of best practices in managing and executing B2B marketing automation system and other marketing database and analytics tools. Eloqua experience is a plus.

· Extensive experience managing the Lead Generation process.

· Experience creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a successful track record of measurable results.

· Experience building and implementing a testing and optimization strategy to improve email, landing pages, and website performance

· Excellent reporting and analytics skills.

· Prefers someone with experience from a large corporation who has overseen complex and sophisticated marketing campaigns. Ideally from a Waterfall or Agile environment.

· High performing, high energy self-starter with a collaborative nature.
