Our client needs a Marketing Analyst to join their team in a temp-to-hire capacity.

The Marketing Analyst will report to the Director of Marketing Insights. You will focus on analyzing the customer experience in-store and online utilizing internal and external data sources and analytical platforms and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and initiatives for brand and marketing campaigns that drive strategy.

- Measure effectiveness of media campaigns to include recommendations for marketing materials and collaboration on A/B testing
- Data interpretation to include sales, digital metrics, syndicated data, primary research and customer experience/shopper behavior
- Social Media and website reporting utilizing Google Analytics
- Planning of email marketing in consideration with content strategy, messaging and reporting

The Marketing Analyst must find have the ability to manage large sets of data, interpret growth opportunities and effectively communicate their recommendations and findings working closely with t he brand marketing team.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in analytic and data related work and be proficient in CRM platforms and web analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications. Background check may be required.
