Marketing/Events Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

One of our large nonprofit clients is looking for a Marketing/Event Manager to join their team for a 3 month freelance position. This person will be managing a variety of marketing projects ranging from events, trade shows, email campaigns, web and design projects.

- 3-5+ years of marketing/event management experience, preferably on an large in-house marketing team
- Strong understanding of print, digital, event and overall marketing or business project processes.
- Proven communication, organizational and scheduling skills
- A background working in the food industry (food safety, legislation, certifications, etc.) and/or B2B is a huge plus!
- Experience working in a a project management tool and a CRM system (preferably Salesforce Pardot)

- Organize, manage, prioritize and be accountable for workflow from development through delivery of materials
- Experience with digital marketing channels(email, social media, web)
- Manage and maintain up-to-date project information in Workfront
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams; schedule and run meetings cross-departmentally
- Communicate with outside vendors and customers for project plans and updates, event planning duties, negotiation
