Our agency client is in immediate need of senior-level account service team members, including Account Supervisors / Directors with B2B experience in CPG / beverage / shopper marketing.

Account Supervisors / Directors develop and maintain solid working relationships and function as a thought leader, trusted advisor and point of contact for senior level clients.

Other Account Supervisor / Director Responsibilities:
· Find opportunities to add client value and offer the client great ideas in a compelling way
· Spearhead the management of projects, from strategic direction through to flawless execution, by engaging and coordinating teams
· Manage integrated team members to ensure overall team success

Account Supervisor / Director Requirements:
· Master’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising or a related field, or equivalent work experience
· 7+ years of agency account management experience, with specific CPG / beverage / shopper marketing experience required!
· Brand positioning and campaign planning experience
· Excellent client-facing skills including written and verbal communication
· Strong, highly developed presentation skills and proficient in Keynote and/or PowerPoint
· Ability to write and deliver strategic presentations with clarity and conviction
· Ability to lead strategic conversations with internal teams as well as clients
· Capacity to write inspiring Creative Briefs
· Experience managing integrated teams of people
· Ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and/or the agency
