Our consulting services client is looking for a project manager to join their team, 40 hours per week, for at least the next year.
In this role you will work on both process management as well as digital strategy.
For the process mangement portion, you will:
- maintain the digital campaign roadmap and create easy to access document repositories
- draft and prepare the needed documentation detailing the existing processes, changes recommended, changes implemented, future forecasts, and the anticipated results.
- make adjustments to workflows
- business process discovery, modeling, organization change techniques
- assist the client connect with initiatives and new opportunities
- participate in meetings with stakeholders
For the Strategy portion you will:
- develop evergreen, automated go-to-market campaigns, translate partner journeys into digital platforms as well as help craft brands, programs, and campaigns to deliver results. Knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms and a ticketing system is helpful
The ideal program manager will have:
- 8+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience business development and content marketing/strategy experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Workfront (Adobe)
- change management experience
- experience developing automated nurture and trigger campaigns
- experience with digital and landing page design
- experience with segmentation and personalization
