Internal Communications Specialist

Our education/health care client is looking for an internal communications specialist to support a maternity leave on their team. This will be 40 hour per week, fully offsite, until at least the end of Feb 2023.

In this role you will primarily work with leadership on a construction project that will effect patients and staff. To do that you will:
- work with leadership to create an internal communications plan that includes timing and coordinating with construction teams
- keep a log of the team
- look at cross functional areas, such as how does this impact the website etc.
- help the team execute the communications plans, which includes writing and editing

The ideal communications specialist will have:
- strong writing and editing skills
- strong project management skills
- experience working with WorkDay, Marketo, and/or Wrike is a bonus, but not required
