Program Manager

Our agency client is looking for a program manager to support their team, 40 hours per week, for at least 3 months. This opportunity has the potential to extend and/or convert to FTE for the right candidate.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- setting up plans and processes that drive projects forward
- establish and manage cross-functional teams across different locations
- establish and manage program communication and process. You will set up the appropriate structure and tools to ensure successful collaboration and engagement across agency and client teams.
- project estimation, planning and profitability. You will build detailed project plans; manage resource allocations; and report on project status, burn rates, budgets and reconciliations to agency and client stakeholders.

The ideal Program Manager will have:
- 8+ years of hands-on project leadership experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a creative agency or similar.
- understanding of end-to-end process for delivery in digital marketing channels.
- a track record in driving creative solutions and digital content creation.
- knowledge of social and mobile content creation
- understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design (UX / UI), optimization, and analytics.
- experience working on large-scale integrated, omnichannel programs with multiple parallel work streams and diverse teams (Strategy, Creative, UX, Tech, Account, and Data) across remote offices.
