Marketing Specialist (AEC)

Our construction client is looking for a marketing manager to join their team full time direct hire. The position is onsite in Seattle with some WFH flexibility (1-2 days per week).

In this role, the marketing manager will be responsible for:
- Content development (design + copy), coordination, and production for use on the company website, proposals, brochures, and award submissions
- Working directly with the President, Principals, and Project Managers to complete marketing packages and RFP's
- Creating content that highlights company and project activities, achievements, events, staff, initiatives, and culture.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator)
- Construction /AEC industry marketing experience preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to generate new written content quickly

This position reports directly to the President/CEO.
