Rate around $40/hr, DOE
Our cruise line client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a remote freelance position with intent to convert to a direct hire after 4 months (40 hours /week). Candidates can be located anywhere in the US and can remain remote indefinitely.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Supporting the Creative Director and marketing team with day-to-day project requests including print and digital (web, email, social) campaigns
-Intaking tickets/requests from various departments and liaising with internal creative teams
-Ensuring various teams and project leads are kept up-to-date on projects and deliverable status
-Acting as the liaison between various stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:
-3+ years of project coordination/ marketing operations experience
-Experience working in an agency environment
-Experience working with in-house and third party vendors/freelancers
-Experience juggling multiple projects and ability to prioritize tasks for efficiency
-Familiarity with Asana or similar PM tool, a plus

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations.
