Our client is seeking a marketing coordinator who also has writing + design skills. This is a full-time, direct-hire role.

Location: ideally, they are looking for someone who can be onsite three days per week (they are flex if you can only do two days). You can be located near any of their offices (AL, CA, MA, NC, TX, WA, MT, CO, WI, MS, PA, NJ, NY). Preferred locations are their Austin, TX + Syracuse, NY offices.

In this role the marketing coordinator will:
- support the marketing team and oversee the process of creating marketing brochures to be shared with clients
- do the layout design work in PowerPoint
- work with some subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand some of the content that needs to be included + massage the copy
- partner with lead authors + technical editors, but do some of the copy work
- organize the brochures digitally so they can be used in the future

The ideal marketing coordinator will have:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a marketing department, ideally in the professional services, architecture/construction, or environmental industry
- strong layout design skills in PowerPoint with an eye for design
- writing experience
- experience with databases or an organized approach with a willingness to learn new processes
