Remote Project Manager (Virtual Events)

Our client services client is looking for a project manager to join their team, 40 hours per week, for at least the next 6 months, but this will likely extend.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Managing the team performing technical event set-ups and facilitate deliverables such as: landing pages, email campaigns, event creation, prospecting emails, post recordings and convert landing pages to on-demand, and copywriting (email copy, etc. that supports sales enablement and promotions).
-Conducting ON24 platform training for presenters, dry runs, and offering technical live event support (Q&A , chat management, recording the event).
-Working with clients to launch and manage a hospitality virtual event program which offers various event experiences -Vendor selection and management, event coordination such as participant and host info gathering, prep and day of event execution.

The ideal project manager will have:
-2+ years of experience
-Previous experience with ON24 a plus
-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Comfort with learning and troubleshooting new tools and software as processes change
