Our well-known, Fortune 100 retail client is seeking a Social Media Director to join their team. Someone senior enough to influence stakeholders(communications/creative/brand), but also with a strong knowledge of social to continually improve. This is a fully remote role for someone who lives within the US.

Please note - the client requires someone to be fully vaccinated for COVID, prior to starting.

Reporting to the VP of Media, you'll lead the charge developing and executing their US social strategy, determining how they show up in social(nationally/locally) through their organic and paid presence, identifying cultural trends and insights, developing social content that resonates, and engaging with the social community. You'll also work on their social commerce efforts, developing first-to-market pilots, alphas and betas.

This role will manage a team of 5 social marketers across all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter.

Ideal Social Media Director will have:
-12+ years' experience (8+ managing high performing social)
- experience in a similar role for a F100/marquee brand
- experience working within large matrix org
- strong leadership/ communication skills + personal brand
- have lead teams of at least 5 people
