Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a (Title) to join their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Conduct foundational research and literature reviews to examine assumptions and lay the groundwork for new products.
-Plan, observe, and moderate concept testing sessions, interviews, and diary studies.
-Coordinate user study logistics (collaborate with participant recruiters, schedule interviews and lab sessions, distribute incentives).
-Analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
-Synthesize insights and create research reports.
-Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Ideal Qualifications:
-B.A./B.S. (completed) or M.A/M.S./M.Des./Ph.D. in Human Factors, HCI, Design, Product Development, Psychology, Anthropology, Linguistics, Computer Science, Social Science, or other field emphasizing human behavior.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-4+ years of relevant work experience, including integrating user research into product design?e.g., in applied industry or in an innovation/design/product development consultancy (e.g., IDEO, Fjord, frog); particularly relevant prior job titles include UX Researcher or Design Researcher.
-Experience with a range of qualitative research methods and analysis techniques.
-Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
