Our digital gaming client is searching of a senior level Illustrator + UI Designer to join their team full time!
This Illustrator + UI Designer will be:
- An artist at heart: someone who values meaningful and impactful design
- Creating and illustrating UI assets for computer & mobile games that improve brain function and memory
- Designing elements that are clean and minimalist
- Have a foundational empathy for the users experience
- Creating style guides
- Refreshing old game designs
- Creating mockups/concepts
- Working with the engineering team to fine-tune implemented designs
- Responsible for hiring outside contractors as needed to accomplish design objectives
This Illustrator + UI Designer must:
- Have experience as a lead designer
- Have clean design aesthetic
- Have an interest in the gaming industry
- Value collaboration and mentoring others
- Have mobile design experience
- Experience with animation, understanding how movement impacts static designs
