Our client in the Events space, is hiring for a senior-level Customer Engagement Manager full-time. This will be fully remote, 40 hours/week M-F. You can be based anywhere in the U.S. to be considered! MUST have 5+ years of client-facing experience to be eligible.

You will have minimal travel requirements throughout the year, occasional client meetings and team kick off conferences.

What you will be doing as a Customer Engagement Manager:
- Work directly with account team to build out a plan for customers to see maximum success
- Oversee all post-sales activity which includes ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining project documentation
- Identify schedule deviations or challenges, and hold multiple internal and customer teams accountable for keeping their portion of projects on track. Understand and monitor various program reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot and find resolution to any client issues
- Organize a high volume of client information including scheduling and direct client communication
- Oversee logistics include resource allocation, time-zones, platforms and sharing of information across departments
Develop and execute on an internal and external communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and educate customers about the most relevant features for their specific requirements

What you need to know as a Customer Engagement Manager:
- 5+ years of project management experience (technology, agency or B2B preferred)
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Expert level project management skills with the ability to manage high touch clients (project management certification is a plus!)
- Experience in Account and Client facing roles
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented throughout the client project process
- Thorough understanding of Workfront
- Ability to stay calm and effective within high stress environments/situations
- Understanding and openness to learning new technologies
