The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Technical Writer to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 3 days a week. Once in consideration for this role, your Creative Circle rep will confirm all available office locations for this client. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for Technical Writer:
-You'll work with technical writers, product managers, software engineers, program managers, and marketing teams by providing technical edits, copyedits, and writing guidance for feature documentation, release notes, and other public-facing technical content.

Ideal Qualifications for Technical Writer:
-At least 3 years experience as a technical writer/editor in the software development industry.
-Comfortable and familiar with collaborating on cross-functional teams (technical writing, engineering, product management, program management, marketing, legal, and so on).
-Strong skills in HTML or other markup languages.
-The ability to write clear, fluent, and grammatical English, and to perform high-quality copy editing based on company style standards.
-A willingness to work on the command line (UNIX or OS X), and familiarity with using source control systems such as Perforce and GitHub.
