The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Event Coordinator to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. The team is in Mt. View and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for Event Coordinator:
-Manage all event logistics and execution for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
-Act as point of contact on planning committees and/or task forces in addition to vendors.
-Oversee internal and external event communications.

Ideal Qualifications for Event Coordinator:
-BA or BS Degree - no specific field required.
-2-4 years events experience required. (Ideally looking for candidates who are well rounded with in person and virtual events experience, managing or coordinating all aspects of the event).
-1+ years of experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
