The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Program Manager to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. The team is in Sunnyvale and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for Program Manager:
-Manage and provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads, agencies, and management regarding the roadmap and backlog prioritization process, issues and recommend improvements.
-Act as a bridge connecting Marketing, UX/UI Design, Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Legal to ensure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
-Identify team needs for process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to enable the team to work at optimum efficiency.
-Lead project scope and timeline definition in partnership with workstream leads and partners.

Ideal Qualifications for Program Manager:
-Bachelors degree required.
-5+ years of program management experience, ideally within UX/UI design and software development project management.
-Experience defining projects and executing within timelines with multiple stakeholders on time.
-Experience creating, coordinating and implementing programs and operations in organizations.
