Our major healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for 2 years, 40 hours/week, onsite in Santa Clara!

In this role the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Assists in overseeing multiple projects with varying timelines and ensures their timely execution
- Facilitates various vendor communications such as file sharing, pre-review of assets prior to final review and approval and more
- Executes assigned elements of Integrated Marketing Communication Plans as well as Launch Plans
- Partners with cross functional partners to execute on above plans including but not limited to print, online, social media, e-blasts, websites/apps and other collateral

The ideal Marketing Coordinator should possess the following:
- 2+ years of project management and marketing communications experience
- Medical experience is preferred
- Experience with advertising and promotional materials in a highly regulated environment is preferred
- Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced and team-oriented work environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to details, deadlines, documentation and project timelines
