Our event agency is looking for an Event Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their team!

This role can be remote, but you must be on the West Coast for easy access to fly into SF for onsite events. Potential to travel internationally 25% of the year. Must work PST time zone!

This Event Manager will be:
- Helping manage internal an executive level events for two different clients
- Planning events from start to finish with a team and handling logistics and project management of creative, operations, set up, marketing, etc
- Developing event layouts/flow & supervise CAD designers
- Project managing multiple moving pieces to ensure event goes off without a hitch
- Client facing
- Work with client budgets and understand how to allocate resources based on said budget
- Secure and manage vendors

Must Have Experience/Skills:
- 3-5 years developing, managing and executing events
- Be detail oriented and organized, understanding the bigger picture
- Managed budgets in some capacity; you must understand where budgets are allocated as it relates to event production
- Commitment/deadline-driven and proven ability to manage multiple projects at a high level of efficiency - all in a fast paced environment
