Our social media giant client seeks a Marketing Manager to join their team in this 12 month freelance role!

This role will be 100% remote, but you must be based in the following approved location(s):
Menlo Park, CA

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Build and drive our dedicated web surfaces.
- Focus on building new capabilities, experiences and a roadmap for content and experiences across platforms.
- Guide the execution of focused website initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, trends, etc.
- Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for content and experiences.
- Act as key liaison to web development teams & analytics to ensure website requirements are represented and supported and build deep subject matter expertise in Meta web technologies

The ideal Marketing Manager should possess the following:
- 7+ years of experience in website management including a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and execution for full-scale global website redesign, rebuild, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high performing B2B web experiences.
- Trusted strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences
- Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organizations; able to inspire teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects through to success with minimal guidance
