Marketing Communications & Events Coordinator

Our enterprise tech client seeks a Marketing Comms & Events Coordinator to join their team in this 40 hour per week, 5+ month freelance role.

Responsibilities:
- Follow team communication standards and guidelines, and review content with teammates prior to publication:
- Write & broadcast email notices and invitations using Gmail
- Coordinate training and event invitations, including invitations and follow-up emails containing training/event recordings using Gmail and Google Calendar
-Track & report attendance metrics Follow-up sensing re: training & event content using Google Forms
-Assist with presentation development including graphics using Google Slides
-Build content and add images to Confluence pages -Maintain project comms deliverables calendar and coordinate with project team

Required Skills/Experience:
-Strong marketing writing skills
-Willingness to work within corporate standards, guidelines, and workflows (review & approval processes)
-Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
-Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, Google Suite (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.), Zoom & Zoom webinar
-Ability to juggle a number of projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines
