Research Operations Program Manager

Our fully remote ed-tech client is looking for a Research Operations Program Manager to join their team for 40 hours/week with some potential for conversion!

Responsibilities:
- Developing an onboarding process for new employees introducing them to research
- Updating and maintaining templates and how-to guides
- Creating a system for tracking projects and key findings to be shared across the organization
- Developing the infrastructure to conduct research across the organization for efficiency including recruiting study equitable participants
- Creating a repository for participants who have already participated in qualitative research in the last 6 months or expressed interest in additional feedback opportunities
Create and organize an insights library for non-researchers.
Deliverables include:
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders, presenting findings to the UX team and facilitate brainstorming sessions
- Investigating and documenting the privacy and consent process in target International Markets
- Creating a training module for research to ensure that they are informed about the consent process
- Ensuring that all documents have PII removed from them

Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years in user experience or related research, preferably with emphasis on kids and/or education
- Experience with research ops - recruiting, scheduling, and managing your own participants,surveying and user testing
- Has developed logistics around studies, ability to understand findings and implement necessary changes
- Ideally has experience with Coda, Notion, Survey Monkey and a PM tool like Asana
- Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working within ambiguity and a highly collaborative people-person
- Preferably has worked in a tech, startup and/or academic environment
