The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Technical Program Manager to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. The team is located in Sunnyvale and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for Technical Program Manager:
-Manage a program to monitor new Workspace/Voice customers for behaviors that violate company's terms of service.
-Work with engineering, customer support and the operations teams to identify and mitigate patterns of misuse.
-Requires a technical degree or 2 years equivalent experience in Computer science.
-Experience with Program Management, Customer Support and bug triaging is required.
-Experience analyzing large databases using SQL is highly desired.
-Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.

Ideal Qualifications for Technical Program Manager:
-Software development experience in one or more languages.
-2+ years Technical Program Management for software services.
-High school diploma required.
