The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Consumer Research Manager to assist their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 2-3 days a week. The team is located in San Francisco and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

This team owns the research plan and insight delivery that drive marketing strategies for some of the client's most important products. They collaborate across marketing, GTM, product, UXR and with other teams - all to develop market research and insights that help achieve marketing goals.

Top Responsibilities for Consumer Research Manager:
-Conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies to support one or more products in the Platforms and Ecosystems (P&E) portfolio.
- Based on the outcomes of each study, you will Identify insights to leverage for marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
-Collaborate with marketing, product, UXR and analytics functions to identify and execute qualitative & quantitative research that will influence the marketing direction.
-Partner with research vendors to design and implement quantitative and qualitative research
-Translate findings into meaningful strategies and effectively communicate research findings to project stakeholders through slide presentations, one-pagers and newsletters.

Ideal Qualifications for Consumer Research Manager:
-BA, MBA or MA - Marketing, Research, Business Analytics, Advertising, Communications.
-5-6 years market research experience, could be within a market research agency, corporate research or advertising agency/marketing consultancy.
-Demonstrated practice of a wide range of research methodologies, their strengths/weaknesses, and when to apply them in the product life cycle.
-Track record of strategic research contributions, and research work with a long shelf life with high impact.
- Quantitative Research + Qualitative Research experience
- Research Reporting & Storytelling.
- Consumer Insights.
- Experience with tech companies in a PLUS
- Google Workspace
