Our B2B ad tech client is looking for a Director of Marketing to join their team full-time, fully remote!

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Broad experience in marketing
- Hands on, executing day to day task
- Leadership experience, managing a team of 3-5+ members

The Director of Marketing will:
- Oversee all marketing activity across the Americas, including events, content marketing, social media, paid media, and PR
- Conceive, plan, and execute memorable marketing campaigns (email, webinar, content, research reports, events) that showcase clients capabilities and thought leadership to prospects, customers, and partners
- Execute unique and creative ideas at industry trade shows, conferences, dinners, mixers, and co-marketing events
- Build marketing materials to support both online and offline marketing campaigns, including event splash pages, presentation decks, case studies, event briefs, blog posts, etc. with support from our content team
- As needed, represent at marketing events, including managing a booth, hosting a dinner, speaking at conferences
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business priorities, from crafting strategy and plans to event preparations and post-event reporting
- Measure the impact of marketing campaigns against target KPIs

The ideal Director of Marketing should possess the following:
- 10+ years marketing experience, preferably in a high tech company
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Significant experience producing events, including event logistics, event communications, and team management
- Hands-on experience planning/managing digital marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content downloads)
- Experience managing PR agencies and communicating with the media
- Ability to interface seamlessly with a global, multicultural team - excellent collaboration skills, culturally sensitive, and can adjust communication style to various audiences
- Proven experience leading by example (exhibiting integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment) and fostering collaboration
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Hubspot; SplashThat experience is a plus
