WordPress Content Manager

Rate Up to ~$50/hour DOE
Our well established San Francisco Performing Arts client is looking for an efficient, communicative WordPress Content Manager ideally with performing arts e-commerce experience to join their team!

Role will likely be ~10 in the beginning and ramp up starting in ~Feb, could be closer to ~30 hours during busier times

Some potential to convert based on pipeline and fit!

This WordPress Content Manager will be:
- Overseeing web projects including owning meetings, identifying deliverables, managing budgets, and bug testing
- Creating new performance pages and ensuring each page integrates into ticket selling platform
- Posting and formatting content including images and copy
- Maintaining SEO and optimizing photographs for pages
- Monitoring website for errors, incorrect and dated content, technical issues and opportunities of improvement
- Owning content calendar, including working with staff to set deadlines and collect relevant content
- Fulfilling website update requests cross-functionally
- Reporting KPIs that relate to site traffic and revenue, user demographics, etc
- Working with patrons who have technical questions about the organization's website

Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years maintaining, updating and creating B2C ecommerce WordPress websites, ideally that integrate in ticket selling platforms like Tessitura or similar
- SEO, Google Analytics, HTML5/CSS, PhotoShop, API integration, managed workflows in a PM tool (Asana or comparable) and preferably JavaScript, copy writing/editing/proofing skills
- Ideally has some web strategy experience on how to optimize across functionalities to best meet web goals
