Our social media giant client seeks a Community Manager (Consumer Marketing) to join their team in this 6 month freelance role!

This role will require you to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and onsite in San Francisco.

The Community Manager (Consumer Marketing) will be responsible for the following:
- Lead the setup and execution of successful marketing campaigns, owning all aspects of campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
- Partners with media agency to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Identify testing opportunities and develop testing roadmaps
- Stay abreast of key media and advertising trends and innovations across social platforms to bring to future marketing campaigns and potentially expand the scope of marketing efforts
- Streamline processes and build scalable solutions to support a number of campaigns across consumer marketing
- Learn, develop and evolve apps voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Become an expert and champion, making sure our content is focused on its needs, celebrates diversity, and fosters safety and inclusion
- Understand the social presence of the brand and constantly suggest ways to better position to the world
- Analyze community, cultural, technological and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content with a special focus on underrepresented and young adult audiences

The ideal Community Manager (Consumer Marketing) should possess the following:
- 5+ years experience in digital media, 2+ years experience in paid social
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms, having crafted media solutions that drive positive outcomes
- Experience creating, implementing and measuring a comprehensive strategy leveraging the Facebook advertising products
- Digital advertising experience, specifically in ad operations, trafficking, demand management and/or data analytics
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional groups and influencing outcomes across multiple levels of management, teams and disciplines
- Experience with A/B testing and marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies and technologies
- Experience with direct response and brand marketing, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, and/or advertising partnerships
- Microsoft Excel experience (e.g. pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)
