Our social media giant client seeks a Content Engagement Program Manager to join their team in this 12 month freelance role!

This role will require you to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and onsite in San Francisco.

The Content Engagement Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Help solidify stakeholder and change management strategies and practices
- Develop and execute short-and-long term approaches to communications and marketing campaigns
- Develop go-to-market plans for learning events, towards the goal of keeping all partners and audiences informed of our Learning Events strategies and products
- Deliver regular updates and reporting to partners and ensure these partners have the high-quality, well-structured information necessary to make decisions, share with their leaders and partners, and provide ongoing feedback on Learning Events priorities

The ideal Content Engagement Program Manager should possess the following:
- 5+ years of work experience in business strategy, leading change, communication and marketing initiatives
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Experience delivering quality communications, including development of key messages
- Experience developing interpersonal relationships with cross-functional partners
- Experience leading cross-functional and company-wide projects
- Experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch, iterating quickly based on feedback
- Proven track record of operating independently, and delivering results in an organized and detail oriented manner
- Experience shifting priorities quickly and acting proactively
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- MS Office with emphasis on PPT

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous change initiatives on an enterprise scale,using change management methodologies and tools
- Experience working directly with executives and drafting executive-level communications
- Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
- Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
