Our fine arts installing and shipping client is looking for a Account Coordinator to join their team full-time, onsite in Brisbane, CA.

Although the client is not mandating the vaccine, it is highly preferred that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to take direction well and effectively communicate to other team members

The Account Coordinator will:
- Work with various team members to ensure orders/installations are properly handled
- Partner closely with interior designers on quality assurance
- Ensure installations are set up for flawless presentations for external clients

The ideal Account Coordinator has:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience working with fine arts, arts, or artists highly preferred
