Creative Resource Manager

Rate Up to $100,000 annually DOE
Our agency client is looking for a Creative Resource Manager to join their team as a full-time direct hire!

The Creative Resource Manager will be responsible for:
-Smooth, efficient flow of resource allocation across projects
-Understanding each projects timelines, required skillsets, key milestones, and potential timeline risks
-Using and updating the employee skills matrix on each team members skill sets, brand experience, availability, etc
-Assisting Client Services and Project Managers with the timing and stacking of proposed projects to ensure the fullest possible utilization of team members
-Ensuring prompt processing of contractor invoices
-Vetting, qualifiing, onboarding and managing contractors
-Helping with employee working experience through checkins, pulse surveys, process recommendations etc
-Travel logistics and purchasing of assets, materials, gifts, hardware that has been pre-approved from Sr. Leadership
-Builds reports and generates data in Mavenlink

Candidates being considered for the Creative Resource Manager role have previous experience with:
-3-6 years of experience
-Mavenlink or similar project management software such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Wrike, or others
