Our healthcare client is looking for a remote Marketing Communications Manager to join their team full time.

The ideal candidate has experience working with a healthcare audience - preferably, doctors.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be:
- Crafting communications campaigns that inspire U.S. doctors to join their network
- Create campaigns that bolster engagement by doctors in the Doctor Network, such as by answering questions, doing Peer Review, training Dr. A.I., and more.
- Draft weekly digest communications
- Write copy for timely communications related to updates on the platform, policy, seasonal initiatives, and more.
- Improve readership of key communications that share crucial information with doctors.
- Review and improve the copy in existing notifications (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Assist with copywriting and editing for landing pages, job descriptions, support center articles, support center macros, and other doctor-facing content.
- Prepare and copy-edit slide decks for presentations
- Troubleshoot issues in campaigns, monitor and minimize unsubscription and bounce rates, and help the team manage the CRM
- Design, execute, and document A/B tests and experiments to drive core KPIs and increase team knowledge.
- Optimize signups and engagement, and ensure message consistency and brand voice across all communications channels
- Lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced startup-like environment to drive flawless, on-time execution.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will need:

- 5+ years communicating to a healthcare audience in a lifecycle marketing capacity, understanding what motivates different doctors to engage in the various activities and opportunities
- Strong copywriting and communication skills: able to write in language that is concise and inspiring
- Proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end with the help of engineering and design teammates (basic HTML & CSS knowledge is a plus) with an understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience planning and executing marketing programs.
- Passionate about audience segmentation and targeting across all phases of the user lifecycle.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to leverage data to inform insights, formulate recommendations and deliver actionable solutions.
- Proficient with advanced spreadsheets and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude.
