Our B2B tech SaaS client is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their team full-time, fully remote, ideally by EOY!

To be considered for the Marketing Campaigns Manager role you must have the following experience:
- Executing successful marketing campaigns
- Previous experience working with tech companies with long sale cycles
- Creative solutions around setting up and planning marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce

- Developing, deploying, and optimizing high-impact integrated B2B demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
- Own campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of ad-hoc, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns; conduct A/B testing across all channels
- Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
- Oversee campaign calendar and communicate to marketing team and larger organization
- Work with the events team to organize trade shows and other promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy or managing promotions
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the company

The ideal Marketing Campaigns Manager has:
- 3+ years of experience in a lead generation marketing campaign role in a global environment, preferably for a B2B SaaS organization with long sales cycles
- Proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps, driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
- Power user of Marketo and Salesforce with a strong understanding of automation technology, email segmentation, attribution
- Deep understanding of growth, demand generation and ABM campaigns, marketing operations, and reporting
- Expert in building and executing targeted and high-volume, large scale email / push campaigns of varying complexity from start to finish: strategic subject lines, email content and design, list building, deployment, deliverability
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing, email optimization, and campaign analysis and multi-touch attribution reporting
