The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Product Support Specialist to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Project manage several sustaining support programs - user voice, agent feedback, user escalations, etc.
-Stakeholder management.
-Document creation and management.

Ideal Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in program/project management.
-Bachelor Degree is required.
-Data visualization, storytelling, & presentation/slide building skills.
-Strong project or program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects, working with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Strong data navigation and comprehension skills (ability to enter, extract, derive from Google sheets & Docs).
