Our Commercial Real Estate client is seeking a full time Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their team!

This role will require you to be onsite in San Francisco 3 days a week and 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities:
- Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics
- Oversee all projects from start to finish
- Develop client and prospect event strategy and execute events including managing relationships with outside vendors
- Act as project manager for marketing tactics
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience, preferably in commercial real estate, branding or design agency, or in architecture
- Creative mindset and an eye for design, being able to translate feedback from stakeholders to design team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
