The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Motion Designer to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-You?ll help define and implement motion design language.
-Collaborate closely with visual designers, interaction designers, user researchers, writers, UXE?s, product managers and engineers to design, improve and implement motion systems on the platform and devices.
-Deliver the best experience on handheld devices and create a cohesive platform for mobile computing:
-Lead projects and deliver from concept to completion.
-Push creativity and define motion design principles for platform.
-Develop guidelines and provide patterns, best practices and guidance for animations and transitions.
-Create high quality design proposals, and drive projects from concept to implementation.
-Collaborate closely with fellow UXers, PM and Eng to define, challenge and to solve complex problems to enhance interactivity and delight users.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Expert knowledge of Motion Design and UX design.
-Min 5 years of relevant industry experience.
-Portfolio demonstrating command of motion and interaction in mobile and/or web contexts.
-Solid experience in defining and creating motion design principles and patterns.
-Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe After Effects,and other related software.
-Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.
-Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams on technical implementation.
